Competitors
Nobody. This is assembled manually across TSA, UIIA/IANA, ports, and insurers today. IANA’s APIs (IDD driver lookups, GIER) are barely productized by anyone.
Differentiation
The whitespace is total — no mainstream onboarding tool touches TWIC/UIIA. It is also the moat for our LA/LB beachhead: port credentials are the bottleneck for every would-be drayage entrant.
Make It Better
Cut "want to run the port" to "port-eligible" from ~6–10 weeks of self-navigation to a guided 2–3 weeks — and be the only platform that can even measure it.
